Cottage Cheese



While reading the P90X nutrition guide and browsing the Internet for healthy alternatives I have always been led back to cottage cheese. It is recommended as a great source of protein, and a very healthy choice for breakfast. Either by eating it on its own, or in conjunction with fruits. Also it is a highly recommended alternative choice for sour cream.



Well this morning I tried cottage cheese for the first time in my life. I ate a cup of cottage cheese with a cup of strawberries, and I pleasantly surprised. It was very delicious, and it went perfectly with the strawberries. Very glad that I did my research and tried this very healthy food.
