Last night I was able to stick with the Yoga X program all the way through. By the end of the pose section of the video I was ready to call it quits, but I am glad that I stuck with it. That was the toughest and most challenging workout program in P90X so far! My body is very sore from the workout, but I do feel a lot more grounded and I want to attribute that to the Yoga. I really want to be able to do this workout in its proper fashion from start to finish. Can't wait to see how I do at the end of the 90 days.
Tonight I have Legs & Back, and Ab Ripper X. Last week my calves were hurting for a couple of days afterwards, so I am expecting the same type of results tonight. I will let you all know my results tomorrow.
